Responsibilities & Duties 1. Administrative & Admissions Support – (50%)
- Finalize various administrative tasks related to recruitment and admissions operations.
- Update and enter data on a daily basis.
- Prepare reports to be shared with the office for performance tracking and comparison in future years.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel professionally to create formulas and generate reports related to recruitment and scholarships.
- Build, maintain, and update the client management system.
- Respond to phone calls and emails, manage filing, and attend relevant meetings.
- Prepare and regularly update the FAQ document to serve as a reference for all teams, including frequently asked questions from prospective students and parents.
- Train the call center team on recruitment-related information and processes.
- Calculate and evaluate merit-based and athletic scholarships for applicants.
- Review student applications, receive supporting documents, and advise applicants regarding missing requirements.
2. Recruitment Events & School Outreach – (20%)
- Represent and plan student recruitment events both locally and internationally.
- Organize recruitment trips abroad and participate in educational fairs and academic events.
- Approach schools to arrange on-campus and off-campus school visits.
- Develop protocols and schedules for school visits.
- Coordinate with F&B, transportation, facilities, security, and registrar departments for event arrangements and room bookings.
- Arrange faculty participation during school visits when required.
- Maintain and update the Student Services calendar with all recruitment events and activities.
- Send thank-you emails and prepare detailed reports and files for school visits.
- Manage the Student Ambassador Program.
3. Student Engagement & Guidance – (15%)
- Act as the first point of contact between the university and the general public.
- Respond to student inquiries through all communication channels with accurate and complete information.
- Conduct guidance sessions for prospective students.
- Support and manage TKH Open House events.
- Plan and organize TKH counselors’ events.
- Prepare recruitment presentations.
- Develop and maintain a target schools list including school counselor names, titles, and contact details, along with a list of potential students.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and walk-in visitors to promote TKH.
- Meet walk-in applicants, answer their inquiries, receive their documents, and provide detailed guidance about available programs.
- Conduct workshops for students beyond the standard information sessions.
- Plan and organize in-house counseling sessions.
- Act as a focal point between the Marketing Department and Student Services Department.
4. Marketing & Recruitment Activities – (15%)
- Promote TKH to potential students through various marketing tools and channels.
- Participate in and support the planning of institutional marketing events.
- Recruit students by targeting schools, counselors, and educational events.
- Plan and manage counselors’ events, open house events, and off-campus recruitment events.
- Create SMS content for communication campaigns.
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospective students.
- Inform the marketing team about required materials for on-campus and off-campus visits.
- Prepare documents and materials to be shared across communication channels.
Qualifications
Years of Experience:
3–6 years of relevant professional experience
Educational Backround preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
