Job Description
The role holder will be responsible for implementing student recruitment activities present in the market, ensuring that TKH attracts, converts, and enrolls prospective students in line with recruitment targets.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks: data entry, reporting, filing, and client/student systems management.
- Review applications, process documents, and evaluate scholarships.
- Act as first contact for student inquiries; provide counseling, guidance sessions, and workshops.
- Plan, organize, and represent the university in local and international recruitment events, school visits, and open houses.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, counselors, and potential students.
- Manage event logistics, student ambassador program, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with marketing to prepare materials, content, and communication updates.
- Train call center team on recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant Education
- 0-2 years of experience
- Time Management, Microsoft Office, Interpersonal & Communication skills
