
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract domestic and international students.
Attend education fairs, career expos, and open house events to promote the culinary school.
Conduct campus tours, information sessions, and program briefings for prospective students and families.
Respond promptly to inquiries from potential applicants via email, phone, and in-person.
Build and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, community centers, and youth organizations.
Organize outreach programs such as cooking demos, workshops, and culinary competitions to engage potential students.
Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns targeting diverse communities and underrepresented groups.
Represent the school at community events and collaborate on Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospective student interactions.
Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and conversion rates.
Support the admissions process by assisting applicants through enrollments.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or community outreach (preferably in the education or hospitality sector).
Passion for culinary arts and food education.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel locally and occasionally work evenings/weekends for events.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Background in culinary arts, hospitality, or food service industry.
Experience working with diverse communities or youth engagement programs.
