Student Records Specialist - Student Services & RecordsThe Student Records Specialist is responsible for identification of new issues and/or customers presented to the office of student records and registrar. Determines the scope, urgency, and significance of issues and routes them for the most appropriate resolution. This position requires a broad knowledge of UMMC admissions policies. Acts as liaison for receipt of fees from customers and subsequent placement with the accounting office. Requires independent judgment and knowledge on the part of the specialist in the managing of various documents, including the identification, verification, and electronic cataloguing.

Superior oral and written communication skills. Exceptional time management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills. Ability to function professionally under stress and meet deadlines.
