Location: on site in Collegeville, PA (walking distance from Ursinus)
Hours: up to 10 hours per week
We are seeking students to work as Program Support Interns at one of our community partner organizations, Integrate for Good. Integrate for Good (IFG) is a nonprofit organization that empowers students and adults of all abilities to share their talent through inclusive volunteerism, community leadership, and equitable employment. Program Support Interns will support the preparation and delivery of IFG’s inclusive programs and volunteer initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with program setup, facilitation, and wrap-up
Support young adults with disabilities during activities and transitions
Prepare materials and help maintain welcoming, inclusive environments
Assist with basic documentation and attendance tracking
Support participants during campus-based programs
Facilitate peer interaction and social engagement
Welcome new participants and families
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Eligible for Federal Work Study funding
Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with youth or adults with disabilities
WORK SCHEDULE
Flexible, some availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays 10am-3pm is required
Commitment of one academic semester preferred
Hours may vary based on program needs and student availability
