Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of Student Produce Clerk for our Marketplace Food Store location in Rosetown.
The successful applicant will be dedicated to outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently and become a member of a highly motivated team. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Some heavy lifting is required.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
· Merchandising and stocking products
· Ensuring that produce is fresh and food safety standards are maintained
· Helping with preparing value added products
· Provide proper maintenance of equipment, monitor temperatures and clean equipment regularly
· Maintain sanitation standards
· Receiving products
· Provide a superior level of customer service
The successful candidate must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
