About the role:

As a Working Student – Indirect Procurement, you will support our Procurement team in sourcing the goods and services our organization needs to operate efficiently. You will gain hands-on experience across different indirect procurement categories and work closely with experienced procurement colleagues, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.

In this role, you will support different stages of the procurement process – from market and supplier research to preparing sourcing activities, analyzing data, and maintaining procurement documentation. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects and help us identify opportunities to improve our processes and ways of working.

About your tasks:

• Support the Procurement team in day-to-day sourcing and purchasing activities across different indirect spend categories.
• Conduct market and supplier research and help identify potential suppliers for upcoming sourcing activities.
• Support the preparation and evaluation of supplier offers, tenders, and commercial comparisons.
• Analyze procurement data and help identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
• Assist with supplier communication, documentation, contract administration, and maintaining accurate procurement data.
• Contribute to procurement projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders from different departments.
• Help improve and standardize procurement processes, tools, and documentation.

Qualifications

About you:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, or a related field.
• You are interested in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, and commercial topics and are eager to gain practical experience alongside your studies.
• You enjoy working with data and have good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• You have a structured and reliable way of working and pay attention to detail.
• You are proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of your own tasks.
• You enjoy working with different stakeholders and communicating in an international environment.
• You communicate confidently in English; German or Dutch language skills are a plus.
