The ServiceNow Enterprise Platform department is responsible for the development, integration and management of several strategic ITSM, cloud and IT-Infrastructure platforms. One of the main responsibilities is the ITSM ServiceNow Suite including an Enterprise CMDB which is Erste Digital’s central platform for all ITIL processes. Our main goal is to provide fully automated IT services in a user-friendly self-service environment.
We are looking for students to support our team that develops and improves the ServiceNow platform. Get in touch with a wide range of technologies, from cutting edge to mainstream. You will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced developers and to complete a wide range of official ServiceNow trainings.
As a ServiceNow Platform intern, you will collaborate with colleagues from business and IT to help design and implement various functions in the platform.
You will participate in agile projects and have the opportunity to learn agile methods.
You will be responsible for adapting the platform to meet company needs which will also include JavaScript programming.
Enrolled student with on-going program at university in Slovakia (such as TUKE, UPJS) and having the status of university student in Slovakia.
Basics of OOP (Objected oriented programming).
Good understanding of JavaScript is required; experience with additional programming or scripting languages is considered a plus.
Experience with JSON/REST is a big plus.
You have a self-reliant, responsible and solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine interest in continuous learning.
You have a very good knowledge of English.

We offer you a part-time internship position (20h/week). An internship salary starting up from 8€/h, depending on your skills and previous work experience is offered.
