Job Description

The Co-Event Directors serve as the strategic and operational leaders responsible for planning, promoting, and executing events and experiential initiatives that advance the mission and visibility of the Roy H. Park School of Communications. Working collaboratively as partners, the Co-Event Directors oversee the development of engaging, innovative, and audience-centered experiences that strengthen community engagement, showcase student achievement, and support the School's strategic priorities.

As members of Park Promo's leadership team, the Co-Event Directors lead a team of student event coordinators and volunteers while collaborating closely with the Social Media, Creative, Digital Storytelling, and Public Relations & Communications teams to develop integrated promotional campaigns and memorable event experiences.

This position combines event management, experiential marketing, project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications in a professional agency environment designed to provide meaningful hands-on learning opportunities.

The Co-Event Directors drive the experiential side of Park Promo, creating impactful events that bring the Roy H. Park School of Communications to life. Through strategic planning, immersive experiences, stakeholder engagement, and innovative programming, they foster connections among students, faculty, alumni, industry professionals, and prospective students while providing hands-on leadership opportunities that reflect the professional standards of the communications industry.

Hiring rate: $16/hr
