Job Description

The Admission Events Coordinator serves as Park Promo's lead planner and ambassador for recruitment and admissions-focused events that showcase the Roy H. Park School of Communications to prospective students, families, admitted students, and other key audiences. Working in collaboration with Park School leadership, the Admission Events Coordinator develops engaging experiences that highlight the School's academic programs, facilities, student life, faculty expertise, and hands-on learning opportunities.

As a member of the Park Promo team, the Admission Events Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting enrollment goals by creating welcoming, informative, and memorable experiences that help prospective students envision themselves as future members of the Park School community.

The Admission Events Coordinator serves as a key connector between prospective students and the Roy H. Park School of Communications. Through exceptional event planning, student engagement, and hospitality, this role helps create meaningful first impressions that inspire future communicators to join the Park School community. By showcasing the School's culture, opportunities, and strengths, the Admission Events Coordinator directly supports recruitment efforts and contributes to the continued success and growth of both Park Promo and the Roy H. Park School of Communications.
