The Master of Science in Anesthesia (MSA) Program is looking for an undergraduate or graduate student to serve as a part-time office assistant. This student will support all MSA Program office staff, reporting to the Manager of Administrative Operations. Projects may include:
● Proctoring exams
● Facilitating student exam review or remediation
● Maintaining the Student schedule such as Managing the google calender
● Entering/evaluating data, filing, and other clerical work
● Organizing materials and on-site assistance for events
● Other office projects as needed
The ideal student worker will be a critical thinker who can work independently with a strong attention to detail. The student will have a high degree of organization and accuracy and will be self-motivated. A strong command of the English language in written and verbal communication is a must, as is experience working in Microsoft Office. Candidates with experience in working in an office environment may be given preference. A local student is required for on-site assistance, but some limited remote work may also be possible.
Proctoring needs to be done in person and is typically during a 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM window.
Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour.
