You’ll work directly under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting with patient care and growing your clinical skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
🔹 Nursing student currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program, pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
🔹 Successfully completed the fundamentals of nursing course (lecture & clinical) with demonstrated competency in basic skills
🔹 Confirmation of enrollment in a nursing program as a full-time student required each semester
🔹 Must maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
🔹 Maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher while enrolled in your nursing program
🔹 Complete all SNE competency training and education within 90 days of hire
Minimum Requirements:
🔹 Enrollment in an accredited nursing program
🔹 Completion of fundamental nursing courses and demonstrated clinical competency
🔹 Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment
