Student Marketing Assistant

Job Description:
- Providing education while engaging audiences through compelling content.
- Manage relationships, engage with students and various campus departments via social media
- Monitor trends
- Create content calendars
- Participate in collaborative campaigns
- Creating content for the Business Services website, including press releases, feature stories, photo and video
- Coordinating activities and representing Business Services as a key ambassador at informational sessions and tabling.
- Promoting Business Services projects and campaigns around campus, via social media, canvassing, tabling at orientation, or through other creative outlets.

Normal Work Schedule:
15 - 20 hours per week, flexible schedule
Expected Salary:
$15.00- $16.00 Hourly
Required Qualifications:
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Valid Florida Driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred:
- University of Florida student currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Qualtrics, WordPress, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments as needed.
