Maintain student discipline during recess and lunch breaks
Provide disciplinary support for one student level (approx. 270 students)
Manage late-coming, attire checks, and hair checks
Provide interim care for students when required
Act as point of contact for parents on student management matters
Assist in preliminary investigations and manage detention/suspension follow-ups
Resolve student conflicts using Restorative Practices
Track and analyse late-coming data; perform data entry on student matters
Stand in for relief teaching duties when required
Assist with administrative duties during school holidays/term breaks
Support school safety matters (e.g. traffic direction)
Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by School Leaders or Management
Requirements
Minimum GCE O or N Level Certificate (or equivalent)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferably at least 3 years of experience working in a school setting
Enjoy working with students; proactive and a good team player
Duration/ Working hours:
12 months contract (Option to extend) 1 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7:00 am to 4.30 pm, inclusive of
30 minutes lunch break
Tuesdays and Fridays: 7:00 am to 3.30 pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch
break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
