Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Student Management team with groundwork and follow-up for student management cases.
  • Take student statements for incidents referred to the team and clarify student accounts through relevant follow-up questions.
  • Facilitate student reflection during class suspension using the school's established approach.
  • Supervise students carrying out service work as part of assigned consequences.
  • Facilitate simple apologies and reconciliation between students where appropriate.
  • Provide relevant information and observations to support case follow-up.
  • Complete Incident Reports and maintain proper documentation of incidents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children or youths is advantageous.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students appropriately.
  • Patient, calm and able to handle student-related matters professionally.
  • Good observation, documentation and follow-up skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality when handling student information and incident records.
  • Able to work independently and support the Student Management team effectively.

Duration/Working Hour:

1 year (Nov 2026 - Nov 2027)

7 hours daily (including 1 hour lunch), excluding weekend, PH, home based learning day and school holidays (i.e., Dec 2026 and Jun 2027)

830 am to 1230 pm, 130 pm to 330 pm
