Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Student Lettings Negotiator. This role is based in Brighton Marina and has arealstic OTE of up to £36,000 pa.

About the Role

  • Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
  • Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
  • Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
  • Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
