An analyst in ZIM’s US Legal, Claims and Insurance Department is expected to assist the attorneys, paralegal, and claims handlers in day to day tasks, including 1) preparation of documents, templates, and processes; 2) processing and organizing claims and payments to customers; 3) managing, responding to and filing emails; 4) communicating professionally with internal stakeholders and external third parties; and 5) select/discrete research and administrative tasks. .
