Your role with us on the team:

• Support the Brand & Content Marketing team on video productions for various formats and channels, such as podcast series, digital campaigns, social media formats, and others.
• Support with production planning, scheduling, seting up video equipment, shooting, etc.
• Support with post-production: editing video, color grading, mixing sound, adding basic motion graphics
• Support optimizing and automating tasks to improve efficiency
• Support the team using the latest AI tools on the creative field, when relevant
• Support on photoshoots, photography retouching, and color correction
• Support on developing full videos based on motion graphics
• Support maintaining all digital materials organised on our digital asset management platform
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within the RBI Group to ensure project success in creative workflows

Does the following apply to you?

• You are enrolled at a university or creative faculty related to film, video, or to the marketing industry
• You speak English fluently. German is a plus
• You are interested in learning and working on creative processes, such as participating on videoshoots, photoshoots, supporting on pre-productions, productions, and post-production processes
• You are interested in brand communication and marketing campaigns
• You are eager to learn photo and video-related softwares, such as Adobe CC, Da Vinci Resolve, Figma, new AI-tools related to the creative industry
• You are interested in working in a creative team within a corporate company

Nice to have

• You bring in one more interest related to a creative role, such as motion design capabilities, 3D capabilities, etc.

• Compensation: we pay an attractive monthly student salary of gross EUR 2,619.73 (on a basis of 38.5 hours)
