Job Description:
IT Support
Workflow Improvement & Automation
Note: Curiosity and willingness to learn are more important than prior expertise.
Instructional Accessibility Support
You will join a small team led by your manager and trained by a senior student assistant. Through structured peer training and ongoing supervisor coaching, you will develop working proficiency across all role responsibilities: IT support, website and digital communications, workflow automation, GenAI tools, and instructional accessibility. Over time, you will be expected to independently cover responsibilities across the full scope of the role.
Our office actively supports eligible student workers in applying for the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador (MLSA) program. The MLSA program provides access to Microsoft 365, Azure credits, Visual Studio Enterprise, free certification vouchers, and a global network of technology professionals. We dedicate a portion of your paid office hours to support your Ambassador program activities, making this one of the few student IT positions where professional credentialing is built directly into the role.
MLSA participation is supported and encouraged but is not a condition of employment. Eligibility and intake are subject to Microsoft’s quarterly application cycles.
Note: ADA accessibility training will be provided. Applicants are not expected to arrive with prior accessibility expertise.
