The Office of Human Resources is seeking current full-time students to join us as HR Student Office Assistants starting in August 2026 In this role, you will manage the HR reception area and provide support to staff across multiple centers of excellence, including Benefits, HRIS, and Talent Management. Key responsibilities include performing essential daily tasks, assisting with ongoing operations, and contributing to special projects as needed.

As an HR Student Office Assistant, you will gain exposure to the delivery, maintenance, and administration of human capital management systems and applicant tracking systems. You'll also experience the dynamic and evolving nature of the HR environment, providing valuable insight into real-world HR operations.
Pay Rate: $16.00
