We are looking for an on-site Student HR Coordinator to join the Arrow HR Team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the human resources field and contribute to the day-to-day recruitment initiatives of our HR department in Kamloops, BC.
The Student Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing transactional and program support to the HR group and to all members of Arrow Transportation Systems Inc. and subsidiary companies. They will assist with the preparation, development and implementation of policy, procedures, recruitment initiatives, retention initiatives, training and other areas as directed. Other duties involve maintaining accurate, up-to-date HR management systems, personnel records and metrics reports.
