STUDENT ACCOMMODATION SECTION
The Office of Student Affairs invites applications for the post of Student Housing Officer in the Student Accommodation Section, which manages around 3,700 on-campus residential places and provides comprehensive residential education in the context of whole-person development to students. A committed and capable individual is sought to play a key role in fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive living-learning environment for student residents.

The appointee is expected to be a highly self-motivated individual who will provide administrative, logistical and clerical support to the Admission and Residential Education Team within the Student Accommodation Section. The role involves extensive engagement in resident communication and support for residential education initiatives. Working outside normal office hours may be required on a need basis.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
The initial appointment will be made on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. Reappointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory performance.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
