Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles
to make a difference in members’ lives with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Serve guests, pack groceries, stock products, face shelves, and perform cart retrieval.
• Ensure to keep a well-maintained department; clean shelves, bins, displays, breakages, and spills, and keep aisles free of debris.
• Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow first in, first out (FIFO).
• Maintain a constant alert against the unauthorized removal of merchandise.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Who You Are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service and meet the following:
• Honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and are proud of the work that you do.
• Strongly service-oriented, motivated, and capable of assisting customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Well-organized and capable of attaining a high level of production with a minimum amount of supervision.
• Ability to lift and load products; extensive physical labour is required including lifting of 25-50lbs, standing, walking, and kneeling.
• Can work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
• Possess a flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
