Hours:
- Approximately 7 hours per week
Duties:
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet patients, students, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check patients in and out using clinic systems and established procedures.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide basic clinic information.
- Assist patients with intake forms, documentation, and general inquiries.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic policies.
- Collect and process payments or visit documentation as required.
- Support clinic staff and student interns with administrative tasks.
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
Clinic Operations
- Coordinate patient flow with student and supervisors.
- Monitor the waiting area and ensure patients are informed of wait times or delays.
- Follow clinic protocols to support a safe and efficient environment.
- Assist with closing procedures at the end of the Saturday clinic shift.
Requirements
- Eligible for work study employment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Dependable and punctual, especially for Saturday shifts (Hours are 7:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.)
- Basic computer skills (e.g., scheduling systems, email).
