The hourly wage of a working student is €17.50.

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Support the handling, analysis, and preparation of employment law, HR policy, and HR compliance-related matters in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR compliance concepts, policies, and processes.
• Analyze legal, regulatory, and operational requirements and support their implementation within the HR function.
• Assist in the drafting, review, and documentation of HR-related regulations, guidelines, and internal standards.Support compliance-related projects within the HR department, including the assessment and documentation of risks and recommendations for action.
• Contribute to internal communications, particularly content revisions, legal coordination, and translations into English.
• Assist in the coordination and management of HR committee activities as well as in employee relations and dialogue with employee representative bodies.

Qualification requirements

• Studies in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable academic program with a focus on Employment and Labor Law.
• Strong interest in and affinity for topics related to collective labor law.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills.Independent, solution-oriented, and diligent working style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
