Are you a student who enjoys working in a positive office environment and helping others? Student Financial Services is currently seeking outstanding students to join our team and assist with our daily procedures. If you are interested in learning about office management and working alongside a friendly group of individuals, we would be thrilled to have you on board!

Some job duties may include:

  • Scan vital department and student documents into a web-based filing system.
  • Assist office staff with daily projects such as filing, researching student information, gathering and sorting data materials, etc.
  • Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of the annual Student Employment Job Fair and other office events.
  • Label documents with vital student information.
  • Participate in office research initiatives such as focus groups, surveys, panel discussions, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required QualificationsMust have a FWS Award to be considered for this positon.Dependable, punctual, and hardworkingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsQuick learner with the ability to follow instructions and learn new processes Comfortable working with computers and learning new software Able to handle confidential information with discretion Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Required EducationMust be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Required ExperiencePrevious office, customer service, or administrative experience preferred but is not required.
