Job Description
The student employees responsibilities focus on maintaining transparent, consistent, and proactive communication regarding fund performance, as well as completing priority projects.
Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring & Reporting — Track the fund's holdings, returns, and benchmark comparisons on a weekly basis, and compile concise performance summaries. Report significant news and notable volatility to the Investment Program Manager promptly.
- Dashboard & Data Maintenance — Maintain the live, daily-updating Excel views and any internal tracking tools or dashboards so all portfolio data remains accurate and accessible to club members and EPM/Equity Analysis students.
- Regular Updates — Prepare and distribute periodic updates to faculty advisors, student members, and department faculty and staff, highlighting key performance metrics, notable market movements, and any significant portfolio changes.
- Meeting Preparation — Prepare materials and agendas for any summer check-in meetings, ensuring all participants are briefed ahead of time.
- Documentation — Maintain organized records of all summer activity, and document repeatable processes so returning students and faculty receive a thorough, well-documented transition at the start of the new semester.
Pay Range: $16.15-$16.30
