The Student Experience & Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the campus based implementation of JMC’s student experience framework, driving student belonging, engagement and early trimester retention.
Reporting to the Student Experience, Engagement & Wellbeing Lead, and working in partnership with the Campus Operations Manager & Student Services team, this role brings the JMC student experience to life on campus through structured student voice governance, community engagement initiatives, student communications and proactive oversight of the student journey.
The role plays a critical function in strengthening early student connection, identifying engagement risks and contributing to improved retention, satisfaction and consistency of experience across all campuses.
