
The Student Experience Administrator provides high-quality administrative and operational support within the Student Experience Team to deliver an outstanding student experience across the Faculty of Medicine & Health. Based at the Health Translation Hub (HTH), the role supports the Faculty's selection and admissions processes, student onboarding, outreach and recruitment activities, and a range of student experience initiatives, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with University policies and procedures.
Reporting to the Student Experience Team Lead, the role coordinates administrative activities relating to the Medicine (BMedMD) selection process for both domestic and international applicants, responds to enquiries from students and stakeholders, supports student recruitment and orientation activities, provides governance support to committees and working groups, maintains student-facing information, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the student experience across the Faculty.
