Founded in 2000, Camino Nuevo Charter Academy students represent the neighborhood of MacArthur Park west of downtown Los Angeles, a community that is one of the most under-resourced and densely populated neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Currently, CNCA has six campuses that serve approximately 3,500 students from TK through 12th grade.

The Opportunity
Under the supervision of the School Operations Manager, and guidance from the Director of Student Recruitment & Enrollment the Student Enrollment and Retention Coordinator, will implement a year-round, systems-driven enrollment and retention strategy across the full student recruitment funnel to ensure CNCA - Sandra Cisneros meets its enrollment targets. The Student Enrollment & Retention Coordinator owns day-to-day outreach, lead conversion, and feeder pipeline development, including relationships with preschool and daycare partners, while maintaining a sustained community presence in the neighborhood. The Student Enrollment and Retention Coordinator will apply current best practices in family engagement and community outreach to generate and convert inquiries into enrolled students.
