of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
The President’s Office is seeking applicants for President’s Office Student Assistants The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and prior experience working in a confidential environment. This position may also assist in completing tasks for the Dean of the College and for Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment.

Typing and computer skills (especially Microsoft Office and WordPress)
Able to work independently or with little supervision
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting all visitors/faculty/staff with friendly attitude
Handling of office phones for both the President’s Office and Dean/Provost’s Office
Assisting with mailings, filing and other clerical tasks
Other duties as assigned
