The Foundation Student Employee supports the LCC Foundation by assisting with a variety of administrative, operational, research, and event-related activities while gaining practical workplace experience. Responsibilities include conducting research and preparing reports, drafting correspondence, entering and tracking donor and gift information, supporting office operations, maintaining files and inventory, assisting with events and meetings, and helping with general office needs such as answering phones, directing visitors, scanning, filing, and organizing materials.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
LCC policy requires all LCC employees to be residents of the State of Michigan and to perform all work (with limited exceptions) within the State of Michigan.
