Job Description

Dining assistants at Towers play a critical part in feeding the campus community. With thousands of meals served daily, we rely on a team of well-trained employees to foster unique customer interactions. You will have the opportunity to work and learn every area of the operation alongside our team of student trainers and student managers. You will have the opportunity to learn important skills like communication, taking initiative, operational excellence, and self-advocacy that translate into every industry. You will also learn food service operations that will allow you to always have a skill set to support yourself. Whether you're in a low paid internship, taking a gap year in Europe, or simply finding your footing with your new degree, you are never far from a food service establishment that can give you job stability. We also offer a promotion track to provide valuable management experience before you leave college.

To be successful at Towers, you should: be open to direction, enjoy fast paced environments, place value on meaningful customer interactions, and be good team players. We also require that you work (2) shifts a week (~7 hours total). We offer consistent schedules that remain the same form week to week so you can plan your life around your shifts.

We look forward to meeting you!
