Job Description:
The DEISA Communications Specialist is looking for an organized student Communications Assistant. The Communications Assistant will help provide support and generate content for the Student Life Instagram and “HEY BU!” student newsletter.
The majority of this position’s work can be done remotely and on own time. There is no regular physical office hours required.

Regular check-in’s with DEISA Communication Specialist (at least once a week)
Some evening and weekend hours may be required or requested.
Be a good representative of the Division of DEISA on campus by having a positive and inclusive mindset, and professional manner.
Comply with University standards and policies.
Learning Outcomes:
The Communications Assistant will gain experience with social media and newsletter management and execution. They will obtain skills in organization, collaboration, time management, problem solving, and content creation within a Communications environment.
