What are your contributions to the team?

• Support the CNC Operations Leader by analyzing operational data, tracking key performance indicators, coordinating cross-functional activities, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the achievement of the organization's Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People Development objectives.
• Support the CNC Operations Leader in the daily follow-up of machining area activities.
• Monitor production plan adherence and operational performance metrics.
• Update performance reports for production lines, machines, and manufacturing cells.
• Assist in coordinating activities between Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Develop and maintain databases for operational KPI tracking and reporting.
• Analyze productivity, efficiency, scrap, rework, and downtime trends.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and 5S continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare materials and presentations for operational meetings and performance reviews.
• Track the completion of corrective actions and assigned improvement projects.

How to thrive in this role? How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge and experience

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, and are nearing completion of your professional studies.
• You have an English proficiency level that allows you to communicate effectively in basic professional contexts.
• You have experience reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and basic tolerances within a metal-mechanical manufacturing environment.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• You are familiar with continuous improvement tools and manufacturing process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and problem-solving techniques.
• You possess strong data analysis and reporting skills, and experience with Power Apps development is considered an asset.
• You are available to work on-site for at least 6 hours per day. The company’s work schedule and transportation service operate Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Location: El Marqués Industrial Park Plant, Querétaro, Mexico.
