Student Club & Activity :
• Conduct filed inspection to observe overall student club process
• Conduct student activities based on the needs of students
• Search for participants in accordance with the student program developed
• Maintain and update record related to student club activities
• Provide summary and report of the student activities program
• Provide the field inspection report to student club section head
• Assist in ensuring the realization of good organization governance in student club especially for the participation and regulation compliance pillar
• Assist in ensuring the realization of good organization governance in student program especially for the effectiveness and efficiency pillar

Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
•Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)
Work Exposure/ Experience:
•No working experience
