Job Description

This role within the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) Team is responsible for providing support to the Cloud Enablement Team and the C4C (Catalysts for Cloud) program.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Support Sun Life’s Catalysts for Cloud training program
  • Assist with developing and executing a quarterly skill development & peer-to-peer knowledge sharing calendar of events
  • Manage all aspects of the Cloud skill development events including scheduling meetings with key contributors, take meeting minutes and facilitate audio and web conferences.
  • Promote cloud training events through compelling content and targeted outreach, driving high registration and participant engagement
  • Develop marketing and communications material (including graphics, written articles, videos etc.) that promote the business values and outcomes that Cloud enables
  • Leverage various platforms and formats to effectively communicate key messages and training opportunities
  • Assist in and execute assigned process improvement items
  • Work on Special Assignments in all functions of the CCoE as appropriate
  • Contribute to CCoE Confluence space by creating new and updating existing content
  • Reporting to CCoE Director

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software)
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex information through engaging visuals
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and adapt content to meet diverse audience needs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal directions
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal comfortably with all levels within the organization
  • Work well under pressure by incorporating time management skills in judging priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Design tools: Adobe Suite (Photoshop), Canva
  • Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Strong analytical skills for providing ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • A graduation date of December2026 or later
  • This opportunity is from June 2026 to February 2027

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
