RESPEC seeks a Student Civil Engineer Intern located in our Fairbanks, AK office. This position will be part of our 2026 Summer Internship Program. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience with a growing North American engineering consulting firm.
This hands-on design position is within RESPEC’s Transportation Market Sector. Our civil engineering intern will work alongside our firm’s full-time employees to learn how professional services are provided to our clients. Our experienced staff will provide mentoring and coaching to our interns to allow development of civil engineering skills and knowledge. Interns will get exposed to our clients, job sites, and Alaskan communities, as well as collaborate with our RESPEC multi-discipline team on public and private sector clients.
