
About the opportunity
The Student Centre team support all enquiries to the University of Sydney via a face-to-face counter service, phones, and online customer service channels. They provide customer service, information, advice and referral about a broad range of matters relating to a student’s time at university. This includes course options and admissions, student cards, fees, enrolment, timetables, examinations, special consideration, study abroad and exchange, and graduation.
This role is strictly a campus-based position, working entirely on-site. Please note that team members may be required to travel across Sydney campuses and potentially the wider region to support operational needs, including but not limited to Camperdown, Darlington, Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Parramatta, and Westmead campuses. In addition, availability to work through the University’s seasonal period is essential to ensure continuity of service for our student community
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This role requires valid work rights for Australia.
Your employment is conditional upon the completion of all role required pre-employment or background checks in terms satisfactory to the University. Similarly, your ongoing employment is conditional upon the satisfactory maintenance of all relevant clearances and background check requirements. If you do not meet these conditions, the University may take any necessary step, including the termination of your employment.
