Role Details
We are seeking a Student Casework Officer to provide day to day operational management in relation to student casework within our Registry team.
You will maintain and provide timely and accurate information to support student casework and provide practical suggestions for continuous improvement of processes. You will also contribute to the knowledge base of the Registry and the University through the sharing of information.
To be successful, you should have experience of providing high level of administrative support and in handling sensitive, confidential, personal data. You should also have a background of working in a high pressure, customer contact environment. Personalised education is what we do, and we believe that every student is unique and exceptional, so you’ll also be customer focused with great communication skills and a strong interest in the student journey.
Interviews will likely be held online, at the beginning of July.
Whilst we offer flexible and hybrid working across the University, you will be required to work on-campus at least 2-3 days per week.
