About This Opportunity 

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Case Coordinator to support the management of student matters, including grievances, appeals and conduct cases.

As part of a collaborative and specialist team, you’ll play a key role in reviewing information, providing thoughtful advice to senior decision-makers, and contributing to ongoing enhancements across student conduct processes.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Experience supporting the resolution of complaints or enquiries in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret policy and assess information

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear report writing and stakeholder engagement

  • Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

  • A high level of professionalism, discretion and empathy when working with sensitive matters

About You  

  • Demonstrated experience managing sensitive complaints or casework, ideally within a public sector or education environment

  • Strong knowledge of complaints management frameworks and administrative law principles

  • Excellent investigative and analytical skills, including the ability to assess information and formulate clear recommendations

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports and engaging a range of stakeholders

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work to deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, consult and communicate effectively across a large and diverse organisation
