
This position provides nonclinical case management support to students referred to the Dean of Students Office. This role works directly with students to help identify concerns and connect them with appropriate campus and community resources. Working under the guidance of senior staff, this role supports students experiencing a range of personal challenges, including family emergencies, mental health or medical concerns, financial or basic needs, and academic difficulties. The position collaborates with campus partners to promote student well-being and persistence.
This is a 0.8 FTE position. The Student Care and Outreach Case Manager will work a standard 40-hour/week schedule during the Fall and Winter semesters and reduce to a 6.25 hours/week schedule during the months of June and July.
$40,240 - $44,240, commensurate with experience
