Working Pattern: 37Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday, Term Time plus 5 days

You will manage the consequences provision, ensuring a structured environment where students can reflect, progress with their work, and overcome barriers to achieving their potential.

We are looking for an individual with the willingness and ability to enhance qualifications and training in the post. Essential skills include the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences and the capacity to respect and maintain confidentiality.
Crucial requirements include excellent time management and organisational skills, proficiency in standard ICT packages, including Microsoft Office, and the capacity to relate sympathetically to students while recognizing potential child safeguarding issues. Experience of working in a school environment is desirable.
