Purpose

The Undergraduate Education (UE) team is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented student to provide support with day‑to‑day financial and administrative tasks. This position offers hands‑on experience in financial operations while allowing flexibility around academic schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for routine financial administrative functions, including data entry and records management.

  • Assist with invoice processing, tracking, and basic reconciliation.

  • Prepare and organize documentation for monthly Procard reconciliation

  • Maintain well-organized financial files and supporting documentation.

  • Respond to internal information requests and follow up as needed.

  • Perform general administrative support for the Undergraduate Education Operations team.

  • Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality ​

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a currently enrolled student in good academic standing

  • Ability to perform basic administrative and financial support tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain clear, orderly records

  • Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment

  • Effective communication skills and professionalism when responding to internal requests.

  • Willingness to learn financial and administrative processes and systems

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping

  • Ability to organize and maintain financial documents in a structured and timely manner

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to internal inquiries professionally with their supervisor's guidance.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow established procedures.

Salary Range

$12.00 per hour.

Standard Office Environment

Work Shift

Up to 9 hours between M-F 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
