We are looking for a structured and proactive Student Assistant (WEC Coordinator) to join our People Function in Copenhagen. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance, stakeholder coordination, and workplace environment governance within a global organization.

About the Role
As a WEC Coordinator, you will support the Local Working Environment Committee (WEC) in ensuring compliance with the Danish Working Environment Act. You will play a key role in coordinating processes, managing documentation, and supporting governance activities across the Copenhagen offices.
This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and administrative processes simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support WEC elections and committee activities
Manage training logistics including bookings, payments, and vendor coordination
Maintain and track NDAs, POs, and budget approvals
Support budget tracking and financial administration processes
Prepare reporting for Executive Sponsors and WEC leadership
Coordinate quarterly WEC meetings and related materials
Manage and maintain the incident reporting tool and related data
Support compliance activities in collaboration with Legal
Maintain and update relevant documentation on SharePoint
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities where required
Support annual planning activities and training programs
Who We Are Looking For
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Business, HR, or a related field) at a Danish university, with availability to work up to 20 hours per week from the Copenhagen office
Highly organized, with a natural ability to bring structure to tasks and processes
Proactive and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Comfortable coordinating tasks and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Able to work with data, administrative tasks, and documentation with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Curious, eager to learn, and open to taking on new challenges
Interest in compliance, working environment, or HR processes is an advantage
