At NORNORM, we are redefining the workspace industry with a strong commitment to sustainability and circularity. As digital pioneers scaling rapidly across Europe, we are now looking for a creative and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Spatial Design team. In this role, you will support the Design & Range team in creating inspiring, functional, and sustainable workspace solutions aligned with our NORNORM design principles.
As a Spatial Design Student Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating the future of workspaces. Working independently and collaboratively, you will partner closely with colleagues in Sales and Customer Success to deliver workspace designs that embody our Nordic design principles of functionality, simplicity, and timelessness.
Based in Copenhagen, you will be working as a designer for all of our markets. Therefore, you need to be fluent in English. Knowledge of Danish, Swedish, German or Dutch is a plus, but not a requirement.
This is a part-time position (approx. 30–50 hours per month), with flexibility to accommodate your academic schedule. We ask that you’re available to contribute extra hours during school holidays when our full-time staff may be on leave.
Are you ready to design the future of workspaces - where functionality, sustainability, and style go hand in hand? Apply now and become a part of our great team!

NORNORM is a flexible, subscription-based furnishing service that helps businesses adapt to changing workspace needs. Our affordable and fully circular model has a simple mission: to make workspaces better — for the people they serve, the businesses they house, and the planet they impact.
