About the Role
Our Sales Operations team plays a key role in supporting Marketing, Key Account Management, Sales, and Leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business performance and growth.
We are looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the team in identifying actionable insights to improve sales performance
Prepare and interpret customer, market, and competitor analyses using multiple data sources
Support ad-hoc requests and business queries with data-driven outputs
Maintain and administer product and customer data across internal systems
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and general administrative tasks
Provide support in the day-to-day operation of the CRM system, including first-line support for the sales team
·Collaborate with CRM, Sales, and Operations teams to support data accuracy, reporting, and day-to-day processes
What You’ll Bring
Currently studying (ideally in Business, Economics, or a related field)
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and analysis
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw clear conclusions
Some practical experience (internship or placement), ideally within FMCG or a commercial environment
A structured and detail-oriented approach, with strong organisational skills
A proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
