WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US:

SimCorp is a leading provider of investment management solutions trusted by the world's largest financial institutions. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Sales Enablement team in Copenhagen.

You will be part of the Commercial Education & Content team under The Commercial Sales Enablement team. We are responsible for building the tools, content, training, and processes that empower all commercial roles across SimCorp. We drive operational excellence, facilitate knowledge sharing, deliver impactful events like our Sales Enablement Kick-Offs (SEKO) and Global Summits, and run the Commercial Academy — ensuring our sellers are confident, prepared, and ready to perform at their best.

The job will consist of a mix between administrative tasks and project work. You will be preparing and communicating clear plans, coordinating with stakeholders across the organisation, and ensuring we deliver high-quality enablement projects within timelines. You will play an active role in supporting global enablement initiatives that help our sellers be more effective in their roles, gaining practical experience in how seller readiness and commercial execution are driven at scale

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Intranet & Content Management — Keep the team's intranet relevant and up to date; provide suggestions to improve structure, navigation, and user experience.
  • Slide Deck & Material Preparation — Prepare presentation decks and enablement materials that drive the right conversations with market units and stakeholders. Closely work with the design team and field enablement colleagues.
  • Project Coordination — Coordinate sales enablement activities, contribute to structured project planning, and help ensure deliverables stay on track.
  • Stakeholder Engagement — Engage and follow up with relevant stakeholders, ensuring the right materials are available on time.
  • Event Support — Assist with planning and coordination of commercial education events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Administrative Support — Support the team with scheduling and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • General Team Support — Provide direct support to team members as needed, taking on a variety of strategic, operational, and practical tasks

WHAT WE VALUE:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Rapidly grasps new concepts and adjusts to evolving settings, readily taking on a range of tasks
  • A structured approach to problem-solving that focuses on logical reasoning and clear processes
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Copilot/Claude skills
  • Effective organizational, coordination, and time management skills
  • Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A collaborative, team-minded approach — able to work well with others while also handling tasks solo when needed
  • Familiarity with content, working on value proposition decks, sales enablement platforms.
