In this role, you will support the Sales & Commercial Execution team in developing and executing customer engagement activities across digital marketing, events, and communications. You will gain real-world experience at the intersection of healthcare, marketing, and technology — with plenty of room to bring fresh ideas.
Your key tasks will include:
Creating, producing and managing communication materials with a focus on medical educational content and events for healthcare professionals
Updating and maintaining content on Novo Nordisk's website for healthcare professionals
Supporting the social media calendar and execution of the social media communication plan
Supporting consent database management and other technical aspects of omnichannel engagement
Coordinating internal communication between sales, marketing, and medical functions
You will be joining the Events & Education team in Novo Nordisk Finland. Our office is located in Leppävaara, Espoo.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious student who is ready to learn and contribute from day one. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Ongoing university studies in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
Strong IT and digital tool skills — experience with information systems is a plus
Interest in or knowledge of marketing, communications, and project coordination
Fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English
A proactive mindset with the ability to work across functions and manage multiple tasks
Previous office work experience is beneficial but not required — what matters most is your willingness to learn and contribute.

Salary: For this role, the hourly salary is 17,50 EUR/h.
