Under the supervision of the Student Affairs Officer for the Physics and Biology in Medicine (PBM) Interdepartmental Graduate Program, this position provides administrative support to graduate students, the Program Director, faculty, departmental staff, and the Graduate Division. Responsibilities include assisting with graduate recruitment and admissions, preparing and setting up conference rooms for meetings and seminars, and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available. The role also supports special projects as assigned, requiring flexibility and the ability to manage shifting priorities. Additional duties involve routine office tasks such as mailings, photocopying, filing, data entry, delivering materials, greeting visitors, and answering phones.
The ideal candidate is a UC student.
Salary: $18.20 - $30.00 hourly
